精致的建造——探析桢文彦精细化的建筑技术策略

过去一段时间我国建筑行业以一种高速的模式进行着生产,其间的建设成果或多或少都存在着因考虑不周而产生的诸多细节问题。而面对建筑行业紧缩的现状,这种"粗"的建筑似乎愈来愈难在行业中立足,现今设计师应该关注的是如何精细化地设计、精致化地建造。被誉为精致的现代派设计大师的日本建筑家桢文颜先生,他的精细化建造设计一直为人称道。该文主要通过对桢文彦先生的作品进行分析,详细阐述了其精细化设计的三个技术策略,为我国建筑产业由粗犷式发展向精细化设计转型提供了一定的借鉴与参考。

In the past, the construction industry in China has been producing at a high speed, leaving quite a few detail problems for lack of thorough consideration. Under the current construction shrinking circumstance, buildings like this ＂rough＂ get increasingly hard to take challenges. Designers nowadays should stress how to design and construct elaborately. Mr. Junfumihiko Maki, a master in modernist exquisite design, has been looked up to in fine construction design. This paper, combined with analysis on his works, elaborates the three technological strategies in fine design. It offers some references for the construction industrial transformation in China.
