摘要
结合浙江纺织服装职业技术学院的教学实践,对高职院校"卓越技师"人才培养模式进行了探讨。论证了"四双并举"校企联合高职卓越人才培养模式,"两标准、四矩阵课程结构、三维度评价指标、个性化培养方案"的高职卓越人才培养体系,"五化融合"交互支撑的高职卓越人才培养途径。分析了这一模式所解决的教学问题和创新之处。
Combining with the teaching practice in Zhejiang Fashion Institute of Technology, this paper discusses the "Excellent Technician" personnel training mode in vocational colleges. It verifies the excellent personnel training mode of "four doubles" in school-enterprise cooperation, the training system of "two standards, four matrix curriculum structure, three-dimensional evaluation index and individual training plan", and the training approaches of "five integrations" with interactive support. The paper also analyzes the solved teaching problems and innovations by using this mode.
