摘要
介绍了套筒石灰窑的煅烧工艺、过桥耐材结构特点和过桥碹拱损坏机理,通过结合套筒石灰窑的生产工艺控制、石灰石原料和耐火材料的自身特性分析套筒石灰窑在运行后过桥碹拱耐材损坏的机理,得出缓解过桥碹拱损坏的解决方法。
This paper introduced the sleeve lime kiln calcination process, the refractory structure and condition of the damage arch brick. Cause of the damaged arch brick refractory was analyzed through a combination of sleeve lime kiln production process control,limestone raw materials and the refractory characteristics. According to the arch brick damage reasons, the corresponding solutions were proposed.
