摘要
采用毛细管液相色谱 /气相色谱联用分析了中国石油兰州石化公司炼油厂生产的 12 5N加氢基础油光氧化前后结构组成的变化。利用光电子能谱、红外光谱、回旋共振高分辨质谱等多种现代技术手段 ,对加氢基础油光氧化过程中产生的不溶物进行了较为详细的结构组成分析。结果表明 ,光氧化过程中 ,主要是油品中的芳烃组分发生变化 ;光氧化不溶物是复杂的混合物 ,主要产物为有机硫磺酸和含氮、氧。
The changes of composition of 125N hydrotreated base oilproduced by PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Complex Refinery exposed to ultraviolet light were studied by liquid chromatography-gas chromatography (HPLC-GC). The composition and structure of oil insoluble sludges in 125N hydrotreated base oil which were formed after exposure to ultraviolet light were analyzed by chromatographic isolation and spectroscopic techniques, including IR, XPS, and HRFT/MS. The results showed that the composition of aromatics fraction in the oil changed during light oxidation. The insoluble oxidation product was a complex mixture, in which the main compounds were sulfacid and heteroaromatic compounds.
