A Study about the Ideological Content and Social Function of Fengdu Ghosts and Gods' Culture

丰都鬼神文化系千百年来巴渝地域孕育、原始先民创造的融儒、释、道于一体的传统民间文化,具有浓郁的地域风貌、鲜明的民族性格和丰富的人文内涵,因此是巴渝地区的代表性文化遗产。该文化体系中的精华部分——惩恶扬善、道德教谕、法制教化,对于安抚民众心理、稳定社会秩序、塑造文化心理结构产生了重要影响,成为长江上游文化长廊的一颗明珠。其主要内涵既源于传统的儒、释、道文化理念,但又有所发展流变,主要表现在对典型的儒、释、道理论范式进行平民化、故事化的改造,以通俗易懂、入脑入耳的方式让社会下层百姓所接受,以适应平民阶层的文化心理特征。

Fengdu ghosts and gods＇ culture is one of the traditional folk culture in Bayu region for thou- sands of years breeding, and it＇ s also a fusion of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, with strong regional fea- tures ,distinctive national character and rich cultural connotations, thus to become the representative cultural heritage of Bayu region. The main connotation of Fengdu ghosts and gods＇ culture is mainly from traditional Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism culture concept, with further development and sublimation, so as to adapt the psychological and cultural characteristics of the civilian class.
