摘要
从碱金属氧化物、碱土金属氧化物和其它氧化物入手,综述了不同金属氧化物添加对陶瓷结合剂结构和性能的影响,讨论了目前存在的主要问题,总结了高性能CBN磨具用陶瓷结合剂必备的条件。陶瓷结合剂中金属氧化物添加的研究有助于进一步研制高性能陶瓷结合剂,为陶瓷CBN磨具在高速、高效和高精密等加工领域的应用奠定基础。
Effects of different metallic oxides added on the structures and properties of vitrified bonds were reviewed, mainly including alkali metal oxides, alkaline earth metal oxides and other oxides. What "s more, the possible problems were also expounded. And the necessary conditions for high performance CBN abrasive tools were summarized. The studies of metal oxides added vitrified bonds are beneficial to developing the high performance ceramic bond and laying the foundation of CBN abrasive tools for the application in the field of high - speed, high - efficiency and ultra - precision machining.
