摘要
文章介绍了变压吸附二氧化碳技术的基本原理、工艺流程、吸附剂种类、研究进展以及该技术从合成气脱硫脱碳闪蒸气中回收氢气的应用。合成气脱硫脱碳闪蒸气主要成分为18%H_2,71%CO_2,8%N_2和1%CO,经变压吸附处理后,H_2的回收率超过93%。文章还分析讨论了该工艺仍然存在的问题,并提出了进一步提高成本效益的建议,为变压吸附技术的进一步应用提供参考。
This paper describes a brief overview on principle, types of adsorbent, process and progress of pressure swing adsorption(PSA) for CO2 and the application of PSA to recovery and purification of hydrogen gas from syngas'desulfurization and decarbonization flash gases, which consisted of 18% hydrogen gas, 71% CO2, 8% N2 and 1% CO. The hydrogen gas was recovered at 93%. This paper also discusses problems of the process and offers suggestions to maximize its cost -effectiveness for a broad application of the PSA technology.
