摘要
为了有效监控天然气管道安全输送的两个重要气质参数-天然气的水露点和水含量,本文以Java为编程平台,运用PR状态方程开发了天然气水露点与水含量换算的软件。软件计算结果与国标GB/T 22634-2008示例结果相比:水露点完全相同,含水量绝对偏差为:0.6 mg/m^3。天然气水露点和含水量转换的软件开发,将实现在管输天然气现场同时获取水露点和水含量两项气质参数,保障天然气输送的安全。
In order to effectively monitor two important parameters related to the safe transportation of the natural gas by pipeline, conversion software between water dew point and water content of natural gas was developed based on Java programming platform, using the PR equation of state. Through comparison between results from software calculation and sample results of national standard GB/T 22634 -2008, there is no deviation of water dew point,0.6 mg/m3 absolute deviation of water content. Conversion between gas water dew point and water content software will realize the acquisition of two parameters at the same to guarantee the safety of transportation of natural gas by pipeline.
