环保型阿拉伯糖间苯二酚胶粘剂的合成及表征 被引量:1

摘要 以阿拉伯糖为原料代替甲醛,碱催化条件下,成功制备了一种无毒、绿色的无醛阿拉伯糖间苯二酚树脂胶粘剂。考察指标为树脂的粘度,用响应面法优化树脂的制备条件,对温度、时间、n(阿拉伯糖):n(间苯二酚)和催化剂用量等数据进行设计和分析,并用红外光谱和热分析仪进行表征。结果最佳工艺条件:反应温度为85.10℃、反应时间为7.18h、n(阿拉伯糖):n(间苯二酚)为4.54、催化剂用量为8%。在此条件下树脂的粘度为120.47s;测得胶粘剂的拉伸强度为32.22MPa,红外光谱及热重分析的结果表明,阿拉伯糖可脱水降解成5-HMF,并与间苯二酚发生缩聚反应。合成的产品综合性能较好,可用于纸制品、内墙涂料和木材加工等。 The aim of the study is to prepare a safe and environment-friendly arabinose-resorcinol resin adhesive in alkali condition by using arabinose instead of formaldehyde. Response surface methodology (RSM) was utilized for the optimization of the reactive conditions. The craft was searched with the vis- cosity and combined effect of temperature, time and raw material, the weight of catalyst was investiga- ted and optimized, and the structure of the resin was characterized by FTIR and SDT. The optimum values of these factors were found as follows, reaction temperature 85.10~C, reaction time 7.18h, raw material 4. 54 and the weight o{ catalyst g~. In this case the optimal viscosity isl20. 47s. The experi- mental results showed that the bonding strength was reached 32. 22 MPa. The results of FTIR and TGA show that arabinose can be degraded for 5-HMF and condensation polymerization of HMF and resorcinol. In conclusion, the overall performance of the product was high, the product was appropriate for applying to the paper products, interior wall coating and wood processing, etc.
