摘要 微格教学与做微课都是提升教师教学能力的方法,比较而言,做微课在教师自主提升教学能力的训练上更显其便捷性和完整性。在做微课中,教师在学习者、课程资源的开发者、课程的评价者、教学反思者和研究者多种角色之间转换,加深了对课程的理解,可以更好地把握教学的重难点,提升教师在教学设计、教学语言、教学反思和教学研究等多方面的能力,是提升教师教学能力的有效方法。 Microteaching and making microlecture are methods to enhance the teaching ability of teachers. By comparison, making microlecture has more advantages in improving teachers teaching ability, which is more convenient and complete in the process of training. In making microlecture, teachers experience a variety o{ roles conversion between the learners, developers of the curriculum resources, evaluators of curriculum, teach- ing reflective persons and teaching researchers. Thus, it deepens the teacherg understanding of the course, who can grasp the key points of teaching. Their teaching ability is promoted in teaching design, teaching language, teaching reflection and teaching research. Making microlecture is an effective method to improve the teaching a- bility of teachers.
