A Literature and Outlook Review of Open Source Innovation

开源式创新作为一种新型的、独特的技术创新模式,以非传统的方法将个体层面和集体层面的创新知识和资源有机结合并共同创造一种公共产品,对传统的技术创新理论和模式提出了挑战。国内外学者从理论和实践角度对开源式创新进行了研究和探讨,提出许多有价值的研究成果。文章通过对国内外开放式创新研究文献的收集和整理,从开源式创新的定义和特征、开源式创新的组织、开源式创新的参与动机、开源式创新的竞争优势、开源式创新的实施策略及政策等方面对开源式创新研究成果进行了综述,指出了研究的不足和未来研究的重点和方向。研究结论有利于增进国内学者对开源式创新的理解和认识,也有利于指导我国企业开源式创新实践,具有重要的理论意义和借鉴价值。

Open source innovation, as a new type, unique technologe mode, it combine the individual level technology innovation and resource with collective level by using unconventional method, create a public good and challenge the traditional technology innovation theory and mode. Many scholars that include home and abroad have researched about open source innovation from theoretical and practical aspects, and acquired many valuable research achievements. Based on the collecting and collating of open source innovation＇s literature of home and abroad, the paper make a literature review of open source innovation from definition and characteristics, innovation organization, participation motive, competitive advantage, implementation strategies and policies sides, and point out the limitation of existing literature and the research focus and trend in future. The paper will help enhance domestic scholars to understanding and awareness open source innovation, and will help guide the enterprise＇s open source innovation practice, it has important theoretical significance and reference value.
