区域创新要素与STBI创新孵化绩效——在孵企业资源拼凑的中介作用

Regional Innovation Factors and Innovation Incubation Performance of Science and Technology Business Incubator——The Mediating Effect of Incubated Enterprises' Resource Bricolage

文章以区域创新理论、创新网络理论、组织间关系理论以及战略管理理论为基础,构建了区域创新要素、在孵企业资源拼凑与科技企业孵化器(STBI)创新孵化绩效的概念框架及研究假设,通过大样本的数据调查,运用区间数拓展DEMATEL、smart PLS软件对概念框架进行信效度检验和结构方程模型分析。实证结果显示,区域创新要素(区域创新举措、孵化网络特征和价值链信息资源)对在孵企业资源拼凑具有显著的正向影响;在孵企业资源拼凑与创新孵化绩效之间具有显著正向相关关系。

Based on regional innovation theory, innovation network theory, inter-organizational relationship theory and strategic management theory, we constructed conceptual framework of regional innovation factors, resource bricolage and innovation incubation performance of science and technology business incubator, through a large research sample, implemented construct validity with smart PLS and AMOS software to test its effectiveness and rationality. The Empirical results show that regional innovation factors （regional innovation initiatives, incubation network characteris-tics and value chain information sources） have positive influence on resource bricolage. Resource bricolage has positive influence on innovation incubation performance.
