高效螯合分散剂AA-MA-ALS的合成与性能表征

摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、马来酸(MA)、烯丙基磺酸钠(ALS)作为共聚单体,过硫酸铵[(NH4)2S2O8]作为引发剂,亚硫酸氢钠(Na HSO3)为链转移剂,合成了一种高效水溶性螯合分散剂AA-MA-ALS。采用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、纳米粒径电位分析仪等表征了高效螯合分散剂AA-MA-ALS的结构、相对分子质量及Ca CO3悬浮液的粒径。结果表明,当m(AA)∶m(MA)∶m(ALS)=4∶1∶1,引发剂用量为1.0%(对单体总质量),反应温度80℃,反应时间3 h时,高效螯合分散剂AA-MA-ALS对Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+的螯合能力和Ca CO3的分散性能较好,此时的数均分子质量Mn=12 497。 The high efficiency water-soluble chelating dispersant (AA-MA-ALS) was prepared by solu-tion polymerization with acrylic acid (AA), methacrylic acid (MA), sodium allylsulfonate (ALS) as monomer, am- monium peroxydisulfate [(NH4)2S208] as initiator, sodium bisulfite (NaHSO3) as chain transfer agent. The struc- ture and relative molecular mass of AA-MA-ALS and particle size of CaC03 suspension were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR), gel permeation chromatograph (GPC) and nanoparticle size analyz- er. The results showed that the high efficiency chelating dispersant AA-MA-ALS was obtained when m(AA): m(MA):m(ALS)=4: 1:1, the dosage of (NH4)2S2O8 was 1.0% on the total mass of monomers, temperature was 80℃, and the insulation reaction time was 3 h. The product exhibited good ion-chelation activity and stable dispersive power, and the number average molecular weight was 12 497.
