微量元素和人体体成分与妊娠期糖尿病发生发展的关系 被引量:7

Relationship between trace elements,human body compositions and occurrence and development of gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的观察妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)微量元素和人体体成分变化,并探讨此变化与GDM发生、发展的关系。方法选取GDM患者(GDM组)和妊娠期正常妇女(NC组),各150例,收集一般资料,检测微量元素和人体体成分并比较。结果 GDM组锌、铁、铜、硒及铬含量较NC组降低(P<0.05)。两组钙和镁含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。GDM组水分、肌肉、脂肪、体脂百分比、蛋白质、细胞内水及细胞外水均高于NC组(P<0.05)。结论 GDM患者微量元素含量降低、人体体成分含量升高。妊娠期妇女应适时、适量地补充缺乏的微量元素,监测体成分变化,控制腹部脂肪与总能量摄入。 Objective To observe the changes of trace elements and human body compositions in gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM)patients,explore the relationship between those changes and occurrence and development of GDM. Methods A total of 150 GDM patients(GDM group) and 150 normal women during pregnancy(normal control group) were selected,the general data was collected,trace elements were detected,human body compositions in the two groups were compared. Results The levels of zinc,iron,copper,selenium,and chromium in GDM group were statistically significantly lower than those in normal control group( P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of calcium and magnesium between the two groups( P〉0.05). The levels of body compositions( fluid,muscle,lipid,percentage of body fat,protein,intracellular fluid,extracellular fluid) in GDM group were statistically significantly higher than those in normal control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of trace elements in GDM patients decrease,while the levels of human body compositions increase. The pregnant woman should timely and appropriately supplement trace elements,monitor the changes of human body compositions,control abdominal fat and total energy intake.
