磷酸肌酸对大鼠缺血再灌注子宫细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究外源性磷酸肌酸(CP)预处理对大鼠子宫缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 45只SD雌性大鼠,随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌注组和磷酸肌酸钠干预组3组,每组15只。缺血前30 min,干预组经腹腔注射10 mg/kg磷酸肌酸钠注射液,观察子宫细胞凋亡指数。结果与假手术组比较,缺血再灌注组细胞凋亡显著增加,用磷酸肌酸处理后,细胞凋亡明显减少(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸通过减少大鼠缺血再灌注子宫肌细胞凋亡,从而减轻子宫肌缺血再灌注损。 Objective To research the effect of exogenous creatine phosphate pretreatment on uterine ischemia- reperfusion injury of rats. Methods Forty- five SD female rats were randomly divided into sham- operation group,ischemia- reperfusion group,and phosphate sodium intervention group,15 rats in each group. The rats in phosphate sodium intervention group were treated by intraperitoneal injection of phosphate sodium(10 mg / kg) at 30 minutes before ischemia,apoptotic index of uterine cells was observed. Results Compared with sham- operation group,apoptosis increased significantly in ischemia- reperfusion group,which decreased significantly after treated by creatine phosphate( P 0. 05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate can relieve uterine ischemia- reperfusion injury of rats by reducing apoptosis of uterine cells.
