摘要
文中主要结合广东省东莞市S358线清溪段路面改造工程中采用蜡制隔离层水泥混凝土路面,进行层间力学性能分析。运用有限元分析方法,通过改变层间黏聚力与内摩擦角,分别计算不同摩擦系数下对路表弯沉、面层层底最大拉应力、层间最大剪应力和基层层底最大拉应力的影响。比较分析后发现,内摩擦角变化对道路受力影响要大于黏聚力变化对道路受力的影响。获得的层间力学性能参数,为实体工程路面设计、施工控制提供了科学依据。
In this paper the cement concrete pavement with wax isolation layer in the re-construction of road surface of $359 is taken as objective to analyze the mechanical performance of inter-layers, which is in Dongguan city of Guangdong Province. By means of the finite element analysis method, through changing the cohesive strength and internal friction angle, the road surface deflection, maximum tensile stress of the bottom layer, maximum shear stress between layers and maximum tensile stress of the base layer are calculated respectively under different friction coefficients. After comparative analysis it is found that the influence of internal friction angle on the road stress is greater than the influence of the cohesive force on the road. The obtained mechanical properties parameters for inter-layers can provide scientific foundation for the design and construction control in real practice.
