摘要
结合国内外高速公路限速现状,对影响我国高速公路限速的因素进行了分析,探讨了基于设计速度、运行速度和事故风险限速方法的优缺点,在此基础上提出了高速公路合理限速综合确定方法,对设计速度为80、100和120km/h的高速公路分别明确了合理的限速值,并针对高速公路长大下坡和长大隧道提出了基于行车安全风险的合理限速值。
With a combination of current situation on speed limit for expressways both in domestic and abroad, the factors influencing speed limit for expressways in China are analyzed. The advantage and disadvantage of speed limit methods based on design speed, operating speed and crash risk are investigated. Furthermore, the methodology for integrated determination of optimal speed limit for expressways is proposed. Optimal speed limits for expressways with design speed of 80 km/h, 100 km/h and 120 km/h are determined respectively. Moreover, optimal speed limits for long downgrade section and long tunnel located on expressways are given based on driving safety risk.
