国内口用型无烟气烟草制品专利分析

Analysis of Chinese patents related to oral smokeless tobacco products

为给烟草行业相关科研技术人员研发口用型无烟气烟草制品(STP)提供参考,对1985—2015年国家知识产权局公开(公告)的有关口用型STP专利进行了统计和技术分析。结果表明:12008年以来,口用型STP专利一直保持较高的申请量并呈现持续增长趋势,专利申请量位居前列的申请人主要以国外烟草企业和我国烟草行业单位为主。2目前技术研发热点主要集中在原料配方、制备方法和产品形态方面,使用方式、添加剂和产品包装专利也较多。3未来的研究热点主要体现在配方技术、包装小袋材质(口腔内)、提高烟碱释放效率、控制烟碱释放速度以及所用基质、降低有害成分等方面,以提高使用的安全性和感官质量。

To provide a reference information for the development of oral smokeless tobacco products （STPs）, the patents related to oral STPs were statistically and technically analyzed, covering application during 1985- 2015 and published by the State Intellectual Property Office. The results showed that： 1） The number of oral STP patent application raised continuously since 2008, the applicants were from tobacco enterprises at home and abroad. 2） The majority of oral STP patents related to raw material formula, preparation methods and product forms; and those related to means of use, additives and product packaging were the next most popular. 3） The future research should focus on blending technology, package material of oral STP （in buceal cavity）, nicotine release efficiency promotion, nicotine release speed, matrix development and harmful component reduction in order to improve the sensory quality of oral STPs.
