箬叶总黄酮的提取及其生物活性的探究 被引量:3

摘要 采用超声波辅助提取和大孔吸附树脂提取富集箬叶总黄酮,考察箬叶黄酮的DPPH清除能力以及对淀粉抗性的影响。结果表明:(1)最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数50%,料液比7.5︰50(g/mL),提取28 min;(2)最佳富集条件:D^(-1)01,吸附pH 4,解吸液体积分数70%,解吸pH 2;(3)生物活性:箬叶黄酮对DPPH的IC50为39.5μg/mL;同时验证箬叶总黄酮对淀粉抗性并无影响。超声波提取大孔吸附树脂富集是种提取箬叶黄酮较为高效的方法,箬叶黄酮具有较强DPPH清除能力,并无淀粉抗性。 Ultrasound for extraction and macroporous resins for purification was used to attain the total flavonoids from leaves of Aspidistra elatior Blume. Scavenging capacity against DPPH and impact on resistance of starch was investigated. The results turned out to be as follows: (1) process of extraction was 50% fraction volume of ethanol-water, ratio of solid to liquid of 7.5.50 (g/mL), leaching time of 28 rain; (2) Process of purification chose D-101, the most suitable pH of absorption and desorptioin respectively was 4 and 2, the most suitable fraction volume of ethanol was 70% in the desorption; (3) Bioactivities were that half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) against DPPH was 39.5 μg/mL. At the same time, few effects on resistance of starch were proven. Ultrasound for extraction and macroporous resins for purification was an effective method to attain total flavonoids that showed a great scavenging capacity against DPPH.
