摘要 以中国推行婴幼儿配方乳粉企业的强制溯源制度为背景,将粒度概念引入到婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业的可追溯系统信息精确度的研究中,从企业视角探讨追溯粒度的度量与选择问题。从可追溯单元和关键追溯点两个维度度量了追溯粒度的水平,并结合黑龙江省LD乳业的生产实例,得出可追溯粒度的精细程度主要与产品配料的种类、工艺的复杂程度正相关,与每终端产品批次包含的产品数量负相关,企业可以根据消费者对可追溯信息的需求和召回的产品数量来选择粒度水平的结论。 Analyze the measurement and selection of infant formula powder traceability granularity under the background that all the infant formula powder enterprises in China are mandatorily required to implement the products traceability system. Make measurement of the traceability granularity levels according to traceable units (TUs) and critical traceability points (CTPs). Combined with the production practice of Heilongjiang LD Dairy, draw the following conclusions, including there is a positive correlation between traceability granularity levels and amounts of ingredient and complexity degree of the process; There is a negative correlation between traceability granularity levels and quantity of terminal products per batch; Enterprises can choose different traceability granularity levels according to the information demands of the consumers and quantity of recalled products affordable.
