摘要
以异丙醇-水为溶剂,采用长链烷基叔胺与3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠反应得到了4种磺基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂ZCS12~18。测定了系列甜菜碱溶液的表面张力和临界胶束浓度(CMC),探讨了无机盐NaCl和CaCl_2对磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂CMC的影响,并研究了两性表面活性剂ZCS12与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的相互作用,找出了表现出协同作用的最佳比例。结果表明随着烷基链长度的增加,磺基甜菜碱的CMC逐渐下降,表面活性逐渐增加;疏水基碳数(n)与临界胶束浓度(CMC)的关系为:lgCMC=0.471-0.269n。在蒸馏水、5%NaCl和5%NaCl+1%CaCl_2介质中,CMC随着矿化度增加依次下降,但变化幅度并不大,表明磺基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂对无机盐不敏感。当磺基甜菜碱ZCS12在混合表面活性剂中的摩尔分数在0.50~0.65时表现出良好的协同作用。
Four kinds of sulfobetaine surfactants(ZCS12,ZCS14,ZCS16 and ZCS18)are obtained by the reactions of N,N-dimethyl tertiaryamine and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic sodium in isopropanol-aqueous solution.The products were purified by recrystallization and their surface tensions in distillation water and salt solution of NaCl and CaCl_2 were measured.study the influence of carbon chain length of sulfonbetaine surfactants on critical micelle concentration(CMC).The interactions between ZCS12 and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)were investigated by measuring the CMC of their mixtures in different molar ratio.The results show that the CMC values of sulfobetaines increase with the increase of the length of alkyl chain and surface activity gradually increased.The relationship between hydrophobic group carbon number(n)and the critical micelle concentration(CMC)is:lgCMC=0.471-0.269 n The CMC values of sulfonbetaine surfactants in distillation water,5%NaCl and 5%NaCl+1%CaCl_2decrease gradually,but the range is not large,indicating that surface active of sulfobetaines are not sensitive to inorganic salt.Mixtures of ZCS12/SDS can form mixed micelle at any mole fraction of mixture and exhibit good synergism in the formation of mixed micelle when molar fraction of ZCS12 are in range of 0.50-0.65.
