摘要
为了缓解甚至消除生产阳离子乳化沥青过程中存在的腐蚀隐患,合成了一种具有缓蚀功能的阳离子沥青乳化剂。考察了以二丁胺、环氧氯丙烷和长链烷基咪唑啉为原料合成目标产物的工艺条件;对目标产物进行结构表征并测定其缓蚀性能和乳化性能。结果表明,二丁胺与环氧氯丙烷的摩尔比1∶2.2,无水乙醇为溶剂,在35℃条件下搅拌反应10h得到N-丁基-N,N-二(3-氯-2-羟丙基)丁烷-1-铵盐;长链烷基咪唑啉与中间体的摩尔比为2.1∶1,异丙醇为溶剂,在80℃条件下搅拌反应12h得到目标产物。合成的阳离子沥青乳化剂具有较高的表面活性和良好的缓蚀性能;以合成的阳离子沥青乳化剂制备的乳化沥青达到交通部JTG F40-2004的质量要求。
In order to alleviate or even eliminate the production of cationic emulsified asphalt in the presence of corrosion problems,cationic asphalt emulsifier with corrosion inhibition were synthesized.Firstly,the process conditions of target product prepared with dibutylamine and epoxy chloropropane and long chain imidazoline were studied.Then,the structure of the target product was characterized by FTIR and ~1H NMR.At last,the emulsifying properties and inhibition performance of the synthesized cationic asphalt emulsifier were tested.The result shows that the N-butyl-N,N-bis(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)butan-1-aminium being prepared under condition as follows:the molar rate of dibutylamine and epoxy chloropropane was 1∶2.2and they reacted under stirring condition at 35℃for 10 h and the cationic asphalt emulsifier with corrosion inhibition was obtained under condition as follows:the molar rate of long chain imidazoline and intermediate was 2.1∶1and the reaction temperature was80 ℃ and the reaction time was 12 h.Besides,the synthetic cationic asphalt emulsifier has high surface activity and good corrosion inhibition performance.Moreover,the quality of the emulsified asphalt met the requirements of the transportation department JTG F40—2004.
