摘要
采用反相乳液聚合方法制备了一种用于滑溜水压裂液的耐盐速溶减阻剂,考察了单体比例、乳化剂用量、聚合温度和引发剂浓度等因素对减阻剂相对分子质量及减阻率性能影响。结果表明,当水化单体质量分数为0.2%~0.4%、耐盐单体质量分数为0.1%~0.15%、乳化剂用量为11%~15%、单体浓度为29%~30%、反应温度30~40℃时,制得减阻剂0.075%溶液运动黏度3.40mPa·s、减阻率78.38%、具有良好的抗盐性和溶解性,在ρ(Ca^(2+))=3 000mg/L、ρ(Cl^-)=100 000mg/L盐水溶液中的黏度保持率75.9%。
A instant salt-resistance drag reduction agent for slick water fracturing is prepared by in-versed emulsion polymerization.The influencing factors to the agent,such as monomer ratio,emulsifier amount,reaction temperature and initiator concentration,is studied.The result shows the agent,which prepared at 30-40 ℃ with 0.2-0.4hydration monomer ratio,0.1-0.15 salt resistance monomer ratio,11%-15%emulsifier amount and 29%-30% monomer amount,has good property on salt resistance and solubility with 3.4mPa·s kinematic viscosity and 78.38% drag reduction efficiency when added 0.075%in clean water,75.9%viscosity remaining when added 0.075%in salt water with Ca^(2+)3 000mg/L and Cl^-100 000mg/L.
