摘要
以大鳞片石墨为原料在低温、高温反应两步氧化法制备了氧化石墨烯,得到大片氧化石墨烯。由于原料石墨鳞片大,制作出的氧化石墨烯片也较大,因此可以在160倍光学显微镜下清晰观察到其形态,通过160倍和640倍光学显微镜的观测,能够初步判断氧化石墨烯厚度,为后续检测提供参考,因而该方法是一种制备并观测氧化石墨烯的有效方法。
Graphene oxide could be made by large scale flaky graphite in low temperature step and high temperature step. By this way, large sheet graphene oxide was prepared, and the larger scale flaky graphite, the lager graphene oxide sheet. So it could be clearly observed under the optical microscope with 160 times magnification. The thickness of graphene oxide could be determined initially with 160 times and 640 times magnification under the optical microscope. So this is a effective method to produce and detect graphene oxide.
