摘要
介绍了我国氧氯化锆的生产概况,对氧氯化锆湿法生产工艺特别是目前我国大多数企业所采用的"一酸一碱法"生产工艺及其废渣处理研究进展进行了评述.指出当前我国氧氯化锆生产技术相对落后,能耗、污染较大,国内氧氯化锆生产企业要想取得更大的发展,必须不断的进行工艺改进和技术革新,尤其是要解决好锆硅渣的处理问题.
This paper introduces briefly the production of zirconium chloride in China,and reviews the progress of the wet process of zirconium oxychloride production,especially for the widely used process of"one acid-one alkali method"in China and the waste residue treatment.The current production technology of zirconium oxychloride in China is relatively backward for high-energy-consumption and heavy-pollution.In order to achieve greater development,the process improvement and technological innovation should be continued,especially to solve the problem of zirconium silicon residue treatment.
