冷轧连退机组光整机延伸率闭环控制系统研究

摘要 针对鞍钢股份有限公司冷轧厂4#线连退机组光整机工艺技术特点,结合光整延伸率控制理论及现场实际,对光整机延伸率闭环控制系统进行了理论分析与研究,同时制订了相应的工艺优化方案,实施后取得了良好的应用效果,提高了光整机生产能力和产品质量。 According to the technical characteristics of the skin pass mill in No. 4 continuous annealing unit of the Cold Rolled Strip Steel Mill of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the closed-loop control system for the elongation of the skin pass mill was analyzed and studied theoretically based on the elongation control theory and the actual conditions on site and then the corresponding optimum scheme for the system was worked out. After the scheme was put into operation, the production capacity of the skin pass mill and the product quality were improved with good application effect.
