摘要
目的:建立祛风止痛颗粒中芍药苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。方法:采用ThermoC18(4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(28:72)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为室温。结果:芍药苷在0.1221~1.8312μg范围内进样量与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.7%。结论:该法操作快速、简便、结果准确、重复性好,可作为祛风止痛颗粒中芍药苷的定量分析方法。
Abstract Objective:To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for quantifi- cation of Paeoniflor in Qufeng Zhitong granule. Methods: HPLC column was Thermo C18 (4. 6 mm ×250 mm) with methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid (28 : 72) as mobile phase. The flow rate was set to 1.0 mL/min and the wavelength for detection was 230 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results:The linear range for Paeoniflorin was 0. 122 1 to 1. 831 2 %g ( r =0. 999 8). The average recovery rate was 99.7%. Conclusion. The HPLC method established here is simple, reliable and reproducible, which can be used in the quality control of Paeoniflorin in Qufeng Zhitong granule.
