HPLC法测定祛风止痛颗粒中芍药苷的含量

DETERMINATION OF PAEONIFLORIN IN QUFENG ZHITONG GRANULE BY HPLC

目的：建立祛风止痛颗粒中芍药苷的高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定方法。方法：采用ThermoC18（4．6mm×250mm）色谱柱，以甲醇-0．1％磷酸（28：72）为流动相，检测波长为230nm，流速为1．0mL·min^-1，柱温为室温。结果：芍药苷在0．1221～1．8312μg范围内进样量与峰面积线性关系良好，相关系数为r=0．9998，平均回收率为99．7％。结论：该法操作快速、简便、结果准确、重复性好，可作为祛风止痛颗粒中芍药苷的定量分析方法。

Abstract Objective：To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method for quantifi- cation of Paeoniflor in Qufeng Zhitong granule. Methods： HPLC column was Thermo C18 （4. 6 mm ×250 mm） with methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid （28 ： 72） as mobile phase. The flow rate was set to 1.0 mL/min and the wavelength for detection was 230 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results：The linear range for Paeoniflorin was 0. 122 1 to 1. 831 2 %g （ r =0. 999 8）. The average recovery rate was 99.7%. Conclusion. The HPLC method established here is simple, reliable and reproducible, which can be used in the quality control of Paeoniflorin in Qufeng Zhitong granule.
