个性化延续护理在儿童川崎病中的临床效果评估 被引量:20

THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF INDIVIDUALIZED NURSING CARE ON CHILDREN WITH KAWASAKI DISEASE

摘要 目的:探讨个性化延续护理对儿童川崎病健康教育效果的影响,并分析其护理效果。方法:选取2013年3月至2015年4月陕西省咸阳市中心医院收治的116例儿童川崎病患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各58例。对照组采用常规健康教育方式进行干预,研究组采用个性化延续护理方式进行干预。结果:研究组患儿家长对川崎病相关知识及健康技能的掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01),患儿退热时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01),白细胞计数、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),冠状动脉损害发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:个性化延续护理有利于保障儿童川崎病健康教育的有效实施,可有效缩短患儿退热时间,改善其血液指标,并减少冠状动脉损害的发生,对于促进护理工作的开展具有重要意义。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of individualized nursing care on health education of chil- dren with Kawasaki disease. Methods: 116 cases of children with Kawasaki disease in our hospital from March 2013 to April 2015 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups: the control group in which the patients received conventional health education, and the research group in which the patients received individualized nursing care. Results: The parents of the children in the research group on health-related knowledge and skills of Kawasaki disease were significantly better than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01). The fever-subsidence time in the research group was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( P 〈0.01). White blood cell counts and C-reactive protein (CRP) level in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈0.01). The incidence of coronary artery damage in the research group decreased markedly compared to the control group ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion:The individ- ualized nursing care could contribute to the effective implementation of health education for children with Kawasaki disease. It could shorten fever subsidence time, improve blood indicators of coronary artery damage, and promote the nursing care process for children with reduce the occurrence Kawasaki disease.
