工程布置是工程设计中最基本也是最重要的组成部分,工程布置是否合理影响工程施工、投资、运行管理等,甚至影响到工程的可行性。所以,工程布置要根据地形地质条件,结合工程施工、投资、运行管理、人文景观等,从多方面多角度多方案进行综合比较,才能得出合理的布置方案。
Layout plan is a key element in the designing process of hydro engineering. It will affect the construction, cost, operation of the project, as well as the feasibility of the project. So, it should be taken into consideration of several factors including site terrain, geological condition, construction plan, investment, O＆M, aesthetics, etc. The best scheme will be determined after comprehensive comparison.
