摘要
山区中小河流治理项目是广东省委、省政府高度重视的水利工程项目,由于各种客观原因,项目实施过程中存在多方面问题。为避免出现类似情况、提高项目建设管理水平,该文以粤东某山区中小河流治理项目为例,分别分析了合同签订、设计、施工、项目规划等阶段中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了改进方案,可为类似工程提供参考。
The Party and government of Guangdong Province have attached great importance to the small and medium river regulation projects in mountain areas. There are many kinds of problems during the implementation of the projects caused by some objective reasons. In order to prevent similar problems and improve the project management, a small and medium fiver regulation project in mountain areas in the eastern part of Guangdong province is taken as example, and problems during signing of the contract, engineering, construction and overall planning are analyzed. Targeted ways to improve are put forward. It can provide reference for similar engineering.
