摘要
对比了吸热型碳氢燃料NNJ 15 0的热裂化及催化裂化性能。结果表明 ,与热裂化相比 ,催化裂化明显降低了NNJ 15 0裂化反应的温度 ,提高了裂化产物中低碳烯烃 (≤C=4)的选择性 ,从而有利于提高NNJ 15 0的吸热能力及能效。在几种分子筛催化剂中 ,USHY的低碳烯烃选择性最高 ,但失活较快 ;HZSM 5的失活速率较慢 ,但低碳烯烃选择性低 ;SAPO 34的裂化转化率和低碳烯烃选择性均低于前两者。
Thermal cracking and catalytic cracking of lab prepared endothermic hydrocarbon fuel NNJ 150 over USHY, HZSM 5 and SAPO 34 catalysts were studied. The results indicated that compared with thermal cracking,catalytic cracking of NNJ 150 occurred at lower temperatures and the selectivity of light olefins(≤C = 4) was higher, and the reaction conditions were favorable to improve the endothermic ability and energy utilization of NNJ 150. The catalytic cracking of NNJ 150 over USHY, HZSM 5 and SAPO 34 catalysts presented as that the selectivity of light olefins over USHY was the lightest among the three calalysts with a quicker deactivation, while HZSM 5 showed a longer catalyst life and lower selectivity of light olefins, for SAPO 34, both the conversion and the selectivity of light olefins were the lowest.
