摘要
通过临床心理评测,分析了核电厂操纵员心理特质及心理健康状况,在此基础上,针对性的设计了一套整合性心理干预方案,并对接受心理干预前后的操纵员的心理状况进行对比。结果表明,该方案对缓解操纵员的负面情绪,改善心理状态,保护和提高工作效能,有着明确的应用价值,有望成为核电操纵员心理干预的有效模式。
Through clinical psychological evaluation,an analysis of NPP operators＇ psychological characteristics and mental health was conducted. On this basis,a set of integrated psychological intervention programs was designed pointedly. A group of operators＇ psychological status before and after the intervention was then compared. The results indicate a definite application value for negative emotion alleviation,psychological condition improvement,and work efficiency protection and increase. It is expected to become an effective mode of NPP operators＇ psychological intervention.
