补肾调肝法治疗高血压病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney and Regulating the Function of the Liver in the Treatment of Hypertensive Disease

目的观察补肾调肝法治疗高血压病(EH)的疗效。方法将来自本院2013年1月—2015年12月心血管专科门诊的480例高血压病患者,随机分成治疗组、对照组。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用补肾调肝的左归丸、右归丸、大补元煎等加味中药,服药前后记录患者血压水平、临床症状、一氧化氮(NO)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、内皮素(ET)、血脂四项、血液流变学等。结果加用补肾调肝的左归丸、右归丸、大补元煎等加味的中药治疗后,治疗组患者高血压治疗总有效率达到95%,临床症状总有效率达到93.33%,血NO、CRP、HCY、ET和血脂、血流变等指标较治疗前均有明显改善,与对照组相比,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论补肾调肝法治疗高血压病疗效明显,且没有任何毒副作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the therapy of tonifying the kidney and regulating the function of the liver in the treatment of hypertensive disease. Methods 480 cases with hypertensive disease coming from the cardiovascular medicine of our hospital from January 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group who was given routine Western medicine treatment and treatment group who was given tonifying the kidney and regulating the function of the liver herbs of Zuogui pills and Yougui pills and Dabu Yuanjian on the basis of routine treatment. The blood pressure, symptoms, serum NO, CRP, HCY, ET, fat four items and hemorheology were recorded before and after treatment. Results After giving tonifying the kidney and regulating the function of the liver herbs of Z Zuogui pills and Yougui pills and Dabu Yuanjian d on the basis of routine treatment, the total effect of blood pressure of the treatment group was 95% , the total effective rate of clinical symptoms of the treatment group was 93.33% , comparing with pro-treatment, patients＇ serum NO, CRP, HCY, ET, fat four items and hemorheology were significant improved （P 〈 O. 05）. Comparing with the control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion therapy of tonifying the kidney and regulating the function of the liver in the treatment of hypertensive disease has significant effect and without any side effect.
