行为学疗法治疗老年脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Behavioral Therapy in the Treatment of Senile Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的分析对脑卒中偏瘫老年患者采用早期康复训练与行为学疗法联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院接诊的患脑卒中偏瘫的100例患者,将所有患者随机分成两组:对照组50例患者,单纯行早期康复训练治疗;研究组50例患者,在对照组的治疗基础上加用行为学疗法进行治疗。观察及比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者的FAC、步速、跨步长度、Barthel指数、FMA-运动功能及平衡功能评分均有显著提高,其中又以研究组的提高较为显著(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练配合行为学疗法能够有效促进老年脑卒中偏瘫患者步态与下肢功能的改善,提高患者的日常生活能力。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early rehabilitation training combined with behavioral therapy in treating aged stroke hemiplegia. Methods 100 patients with stroke hemiplegia in our hospital were selected as study objects. They were divided into two groups. 50 cases in control group were given early rehabilitation training, and 50 cases in observation group were given behavioral therapy based on the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results Comparing with those before treatment, FAC, step speed, stride length, Barthel index, FMA and equilibrium function of the two groups obviously improved, and the improvement of the observation group was more significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation training combined with behavioral therapy can improve lower - extremity function and daily living ability of aged stroke hemiplegia.
