穴位埋线治疗气虚血瘀型肺纤维化临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy in the Treatment of Pulmonary Fibrosis of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的研究穴位埋线辅助治疗气虚血瘀型肺纤维化临床疗效。方法对照组采用西医常规糖皮质激素治疗,观察组采用穴位埋线法合并常规糖皮质激素治疗,通过观察治疗前后肺功能、中医症状及急性发作次数等指标,评价穴位埋线治疗气虚血瘀型肺纤维化的临床疗效。结果穴位埋线治疗组各项指标均较对照组有所改善。结论穴位埋线辅助治疗气虚血瘀型肺纤维化疗效好于单纯常规糖皮质激素治疗。

Objective To study clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods The control group was treated with glucocorticoid therapy which was commonly used in Western medicine treatment. The observation group was treated with aeupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with glucocorticoid therapy. Lung function, TCM syndrome, acute attack frequency and other indexes were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis with qi deficiency and blood stasis type was evaluated. Results Comparing with the control group, all the indexes were improved in the acupoint catgut embedding treatment group. Conclusion The curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with glucocorticoid therapy was better than glucocortieoid therapy in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis.
