Therapy of Treating Different Diseases with Same Method on Woman Hysteria and Lily Disease

"脏躁"与"百合病"相似。脏躁乃情志抑郁,五志化火,脏阴被耗。"百合病者,百脉一宗,悉致其病也。"均属于现代医学抑郁证的范畴,其病因多为情志不舒、气机郁滞,宜理气开郁、调畅气机,临床多用逍遥散合百合方治疗肝气郁滞、心神失养导致的脏躁证,功能疏肝解郁,宁心安神,效果显著。现拾取验案2则,通过阐述陈大权教授应用逍遥散合百合方异病同治的经验,解析其辨治策略,以供同道参考。

The ＂bysteria＂ is similar to ＂lily disease＂. The hysteria is a modern depression, with five minds transforming into fire, zang yin is consumed. ＂Lily disease, lotaustralin, a noted the disease also. ＂ All belong to the category of modern medicine depression, and etiology is discomfortable emotion and qi activity stasis. Regulating qi-flowing for relieving depression and regulating qi movement are the method. In clinically, Xiaoyao powder and Baihe prescription in the treatment of hysteria caused by liver qi stasis, malnutrition of heart and mind has significant effect ~n dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation and calming nerves. Through experience of Professor Chen Daquan in the treatment of hysteria with Xiaoyao powder and Baihe prescription using treating different diseases with same method for two cases, the syndrome differentiation strategy was analyzed, in order to offer reference for the fellow.
