摘要
为探究汉麻纤维在离子液体中溶解工艺,实现汉麻纤维完全溶解,分别讨论了汉麻纤维于65~95℃在[BMIM]Cl和[AMIM]Cl两种离子液体中溶解情况,并制备再生纤维素膜。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射分析(XRD)和热重分析等方法分析得出预处理能提高汉麻纤维溶解性,且随离子液体温度升高,溶解速率加快;汉麻纤维在两种离子液体中溶解及再生后,热稳定性均有所降低,且表现出纤维素Ⅱ的特性,结晶度降低。
In this paper, hemp fibers were dissolved in [BMIM]C1 and [AMIM]C1 ionic at a temperature from 65℃ to 95℃ and regenerated cellulose membranes were prepared. Samples were subjected to infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric analysis and other methods. The results indicated that pre-treatment could improve the solubility of hemp fiber, and with the increase of the ionic liquid temperature, the dissolution rate was accelerated. After the dissolution and regeneration of cellulose in the two ionic liquids, the thermal stability of cellulose was decreased, and the characteristics of cellulose II were demonstrated, and the crystallinity decreased.
