摘要
本文以镍基高温合金GH738冷带为研究对象,通过力学性能测试、金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析等方法,开展了固溶温度(1000-1100℃)、保温时间(10-40min)和冷却速度(水冷、空冷、堆冷)对GH738合金组织和力学性能的影响研究。结果表明:固溶温度在1030~1100℃范围内时,冷却速度是影响GH738合金力学性能和组织主要因素,热处理温度和保温时间影响不大。
Ni-base superalloy GH738 cold strip was studied in this paper, Research on the impact of solution temperature (1 000-1 100 ℃), holding time (10-40min) and cooling rate(water cooling, air cooling, stack cooling) on microstructure and mechanical properties of GH738 alloy by mechanical testing, optical microscopy and SEM. The results show that cooling rate is of great importance to the microstructure and mechanical properties while solution temperature and holding time is of little importance, when the solution temperature range is 1 030-1 100℃.
