摘要
综述了铸造过程数值计算的基本理论，介绍了Procast、MAGMASoIt、AnyCasting和华铸CAE等四款常用的铸造工艺数值模拟软件的基本情况和产品特点，对相关软件的开发和厂家对模拟软件的选择有一定的启示作用。最后展示了Procast预测高温合金铸件缩孔的应用案例，说明了铸造模拟软件在实际生产中的重要作用。
The basic theory of casting numerical calculations is summarized and introduce the basic situations and product characteristics of the four frequent-used cast filling and solid- ification simulation softwares. Procast MAGMASoft AnyCasting InteCAE, may have some inspiration to the relatively software development and manufacturers＇ choice of simulation software. Finally Shows that the Procast forecasts the application of superalloy shrinkages case and illustrates the important function of the casting simulation software in the actual production.
