科教融合改革下的实验室管理与服务探索——以宁波工程学院交通监控与仿真实验室为例 被引量:2

摘要 本研究分析了当前高校实验室管理中存在的问题,第一实验室管理人员水平跟不上教育改革发展需要,且人才流动性大;第二效能低下,与实验教学脱钩;第三偏设备管理,轻实践教学、实验人员与实验过程的动态集中式管理。结合目前社会对高校教学改革的科教融合的迫切需求,以宁波工程学院交通监控与仿真实验室为例,提出了4项可行性解决方案:强化以生为本的管理与服务模式,优化实验室技术队伍建设,课程教学更加关注实验室教学,打造高水平的实验教师队伍。 This paper analyzes the current problems existing in the university laboratory management, i.e., the inadequate laboratory management level which falls short of the needs of educational reform with the high rate of staff turnover, low efficiency and disintegration from the experimental teaching and tendency to manage the equipment and inattention to the dynamic centralized management that involves practical teaching, experiment staff and experiment process and puts forward four feasible solutions of strengthening the student-centered management and service mode, optimizing the laboratory technical team construction and paying more attention to laboratory teaching as well as building a team of quality experiment teachers in the light of the scienceeducation integration and with the traffic monitoring and simulation laboratory as a case in point.
