Current Demand and Training Suggestion of Japanese Talents in Sichuan Province

通过对在川日资企业招聘日语专业人才广告的归纳和统计,总结出在川日企目前最需要的人才是日语软件工程师、日语销售、日语翻译、日语教师、行政文秘后勤等六类。从在川日企人才需求的角度提出高校转型背景下的日语专业人才培养建议。

This paper summarizes and collects the statistics of the employment advertisement of Japanese talents in Japanese enterprises in Sichuan province. As a result,the most demanded talents of Japanese enterprises in Sichuan province are concluded as six types as follows ：Japanese software engineer,Japanese seller,Japanese translator,Japanese teacher,executive secretary,and office support. In this case,from the perspective of Japanese enterprise talents demand in Sichuan province,this paper mainly discusses the Japanese talents training suggestion under the background of transformation in col-leges and universities.
