摘要
本文通过比较常见的国际上检测贝类体内重金属元素含量的方法,如石墨炉原子吸收法、火焰原子吸收法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法和原子荧光法等的准确度、精密度、检测周期等,对比4种方法的优点、缺点、适用的样本及范围,展望贝类重金属元素含量检测方法的发展趋势,为科学选择检测方法和手段提供参考。
The widely concerned reasons of heavy metal elements found in shellfish were discussed; accuracy, precision, detection period and other factors were compared among three conventional detection methods of heavy metal elements in shellfish including atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The advantages and disadvantages, and application scope of each detection method were discussed. The development trend of the detection methods of heavy metal elements in shellfish was prospected.
