Research on Smart City's Rapid Assessment and Characteristics of Wisdom based on Multivariate Analysis

针对智慧城市的评价问题提出包含快速评估和特色智慧模型的研究方案,旨在为研究智慧城市建设提供新思路。快速评估模型基于聚类分析法研究智慧城市建设水平,特色智慧模型基于主成分分析和关联分析法研究城市特色智慧项目。以蚌埠市为例进行实证分析验证了方案的可行性和模型的兼容性,蚌埠的智慧城市建设水平与滁州和六安相近,同时可将就业人员和工资,财政、金融、保险,国内贸易,城市概况,旅游,城乡人民生活等方面作为特色智慧建设内容。

Aiming at the problem of intelligent city evaluation, this paper puts forward a research plan which includes rapid evaluation and characteristic wisdom model, aiming to provide a new idea for the research of intelligent city construction. The rapid evaluation model is based on the clustering analysis method to study the construction level of the intelligent city, and the characteristic wisdom model is based on the principal component analysis and the association analysis to study the city characteristic wisdom project. Bengbu City is used as an example to verify the feasibility of the program and model compatibility, Bengbu wisdom of urban construction level is similar to Chuzhou and Lu ＇an, while the employment and wages, finance, finance, insurance, domestic trade, City profile, tourism, urban and rural people＇s lives can be used as the characteristics of the wisdom of building content.
