摘要 受国家环保政策和经济形势影响,机组可利用小时数大幅下滑,提高机组宽负荷运行能力,控制大气污染物排放势在必行。文章以300 MW等级机组为例,提出了一系列将机组改造为高效宽负荷机组的设计思路。通过对方案的论证实施,可一定程度上解决部分负荷的高效运行和夏季最大出力需要的矛盾,以及部分负荷工况给水温度偏低与脱硝要求最低给水温度的矛盾。文章提出的改造思路对于当前在役机组的宽负荷节能升级改造具有十分重要的意义。 By the impact of national environmental protection policy and economic situation, utilization percent of turboset drops sharply, It' s imperative to increase the capacity of unit wide load operation and control the emission of air pollutants. In this paper, taking 300 MW unit as an example, a series of optimization ideas about high efficient and wide load are proposed. Through demonstration and implement of the program, it can solve the contradiction between efficient operation of partial load and necessary of increasing out- put in summer, as well as the feed water temperature problem in part load conditions and requirement of denitrification for water supply temperature.The optimization idea has a very important significance for the wide load optimization, energy saving and upgrading of large unit in service.
