摘要
文章介绍了CAP1400控制棒驱动机构驱动杆的结构特点和精度要求,分析了驱动杆内孔加工、外圆环槽加工、销孔加工等关键工艺难点并提出了多项解决措施,满足了CAP1400驱动杆加工要求。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the drive rod of CAP1400 control rod drive mechanism. The key machining processes of inner hole, outer ring groove and pin hole are analyzed. The drive rod machining difficulties have been solved so that the machining requirements of CAP1400 drive rod are met.
