振源胶囊治疗室性早搏的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Zhenyuan Capsule in the Treatment of Premature Ventricular Contractions

目的观察振源胶囊治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法将60例诊断为室性早搏的患者随机分为两组,对照组30例采用常规治疗,治疗组30例在常规治疗的基础上加用振源胶囊治疗。结果治疗组临床症状疗效总有效率为86.67%,优于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组室性早搏疗效总有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论振源胶囊对室性早搏的治疗具有明显的临床疗效而且安全性良好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhenyuan capsule in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions. Methods Sixty patients who diagnosed with premature ventricular contractions were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. Another 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with conventional therapy and Zhenyuan capsule. Results Comparison between two groups showed that the total effective rates in the improvements of clinical symptoms and premature ventricular contractions were 86. 67% and 93. 33% in the treatment group and 70. 00% and 63. 33% in the control group,respectively,which were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Zhenyuan capsule has obvious clinical effect and good safety profile in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.
