益气温阳化瘀法治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Invigorating Qi and Warming Yang for Removing Blood Stasis Method in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨益气温阳化瘀法治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 82例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,两组各41例,对照组予胰岛素控糖,ACEI或ARB类控压,前列地尔注射液治疗;研究组在对照组治疗基础上予自拟益气温阳化瘀方治疗。结果两组治疗前血肌酐、尿素氮及24h尿微量白蛋白比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮及24h尿微量白蛋白比较,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气温阳化瘀法治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of invigorating qi and warming yang for removing blood stasis method in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 82 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,and each group had 41 cases. The control group was given insulin glucose control,ACEI or ARB pressure control and Alprostadil injection treatment. The study group was treated with invigorating qi and warming yang for removing blood stasis method on the basis of the control group. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment on serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and 24 h urine trace albumin（ P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and 24 h urine micro albumin of the study group were better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of invigorating qi and warming yang for removing blood stasis method in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is remarkable.
