骨伤患者应用中医疗法与交锁髓内针联合治疗的临床效果

The Application of Therapy of TCM combined with Interlocking Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Orthopedic Patients

目的探讨骨伤患者应用中医疗法与交锁髓内针联合治疗的临床效果。方法将2011年9月—2015年9月我院收治的111例骨伤患者按照治疗方法随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者仅采用交锁髓内针治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中医分期疗法治疗。比较两组患者恢复时间、治疗前后血浆FDP及DD水平变化情况、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者功能恢复时间、骨折愈合时间及肿胀消除时间均显著小于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后FDP及DD水平较治疗前均显著下降（P〈0.05~0.01）,且治疗后观察组患者血浆中上述指标水平均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗后并发症发生率为3.57%,显著低于对照组（12.73%）（P〈0.01）。结论中医分期疗法联合交锁髓内针治疗骨伤患者的临床效果显著,安全性高,应加以推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapy of TCM combined with interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of orthopedic patients. Methods 111 cases of orthopedic patients from September 2011 to September 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group only used interlocking intramedullary nail treatment. The observation group was given TCM stage therapy on the basis of the control group. The recovery time,FDP and DD plasma level changes,complications occurred before and after treatment were compared. Results The function recovery time,healing time and swelling elimination time of the observation group was significantly less than the that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The FDP and DD level of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0. 05 to 0. 01）. The FDP and DD level of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The complication rate of the observation group was 3. 57% which was significantly lower than 12. 73% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion TCM stage therapy combined with interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of orthopedic patients had significantly clinical effect and high safety,and should be promoted.
