中外合作办学内部教学质量保障机制存在的问题与对策

Problems in the Internal Teaching Quality Guarantee Mechanism of Chinese-foreign Cooperative-run Schools and Its Countermeasures

近年来,我国实施的中外合作办学模式表现出快速发展的态势,这对促进我国高等教育接轨国际教育发挥了非常重要的作用,但在规模迅速扩张的同时,中外合作办学的质量并未以相同速度提升,因而办学质量问题引起了社会各界的高度关注。基于此,本文拟从加强中外合作办学内部教学质量保障机制建设的必要性出发,分析中外合作办学内部教学质量保障机制存在的主要问题,探讨中外合作办学内部教学质量保障机制的构建对策。

In recent years, the pattern of Chinese-foreign cooperative education implemented in China has showed a trend of rapid devel- opment, which has played a very important role in promoting the international education of higher education in our country. But in the rapid expansion of the scale, the quality of Chinese foreign cooperative education has not been promoted at the same speed, so the quality of running a school has aroused great concern from all walks of life. Based on this, this paper starts from the necessity of strengthening the construction of Chinese and foreign cooperative education teaching quality guarantee mechanism, analyses main problems of Chinese and foreign cooperative education teaching quality guarantee mechanism, discusses countermeasures on construction of Chinese and foreign cooperative education teaching quality guarantee mechanism.
