归庄作为明遗民和"惊隐诗社"的代表,散文成就颇高。其散文内容或阐述诗学理论,或存一代之史,或写山川名胜,价值不容忽视。作为归有光的曾孙,其散文创作明显继承了归氏家学。就文体而言,归庄散文主要分为序跋文、传记文、杂记文和其他诸体文类,均有着独特的风格。

Guizhuang, as the representative of the Jingyin Poets Society, is the adherent of Ming dynasty. His prose achievement is re- markable. The content of his prose included the theory of poet, the history of one generation, famous sceneries. As the grandson, he ob- viously inherited the Gui family learning. From the perspective of writing style, his prose divided into the preface and postscript, biology , stories and other genres.
